    Default Abu Toro Winch

Kev, Used the Abu Toro a ton last year and it was great. Saw they came out with a new "Winch" model with a 4:6:1 ratio... I have 2 6:4:1 and 2 5:4:1. Do you know what the difference is?

Trying to talk Clint into this fall. You should have came down to Bob's the other week... it was a great time!

    Take care,
    Travis

The difference between the two reels is that the 4.6 is geared lower. This will be an excellent reel for throwing blade baits at night when you are creeping them in. You still have the low profile design which helps with hand fatigue and plenty enough power to reel in the double 12's and 13's.
I would have loved to come down and ice fish with you guys but I have been crazy busy making baits. I will have an excellent selection of bucktails and spinnerbaits at the MN Muskie Show this year.
If you are looking for a fall trip let me know. I have a few days open in October over MEA.
