Thread: Fishing Report

    Default Fishing Report

Still mixed reports on the Perch, most are still running in the 8 to 10 inch size.
Bradley dam reports are slow with the bigger perch (are there any left?). Lots of small ones. Jersey Trestle is on and off with the Perch but some nice Walleyes just down from the Trestle. Kings Dam, some keeper Walleye but lots of milking males. Grandmothers and Grandfathers Dam seeing good action early morning hours on some nice Walleye.
With the warming temps and a chance of rain will help the action alot.
    Good Luck

When do the walleyes usually spawn on lake alice?

Depends on water temps and I believe in the moon phase too. You want water temps from 42 to 46 degee's but we also found them spawning in 48 to 50 degree water. Water temps now are 39 degree's. Slow warming water temps are better for the walleyes. I think the week between April 7th to the 15th will be the time, maybe.

Damn. Well we are heading up there on the 12th of May. Hopefully the walleyes will still be around.
