    Default Perch Update

    Some good Perch reports today,

Kings dam doing good with lots of Perch most on the smaller size but there were some nice fish up to 12 inches.

Bradley Dam, on and off action boat anglers doing better than the shore fisherman. Some very big Perch reported being caught with one angler with a couple of 13 inchers, WOW! Still early yet and most are in the 7 to 8 inch size range.

Jersey trestle reports are fair to good and the size perch are running larger than by the dams.

Good luck and post your results here.

Well the big Perch showed up this afternoon (Wed.) anglers registering some big Perch, most in the 11 to 12 3/4 inch size. Jigs and med fatheads are catching these beauties. Mohawksin is HOT!!!

    Question

What happened over the weekend? Is the action still hot?

Fished here Good Friday from about 8:00am till 2:00pm. First time ever on this body of water. Kept a limit of Perch from 10" to 12 1/2". Slipbobber with a small jig and Crappie minnow or a Waxworm. Both worked equally well. Also caught a dozen or so Walleye, one legal, and a half dozen big Crappie that I released. Water temp was 53 degrees.

On the lake. Shallow water with remnant dead weeds.
