    Hey Mark, below Westerville is completely open. Starting to question if there are any fish down there right now though. Heard the spillway has a little open water right up against the dam, but not heard of anything caught there. Good luck if you get out.

    I went to the Westerville dam two nights ago. Must be your boot tracks I seen, Cliff?
