    Default Sunday Report

Fished out of Kipling on Sunday the wind was BRUTAL!!!!!! I caught 2- 14" 'eyes and a sucker. My buddy had his Aqua-view with him and figured he saw about 20 walleyes for the day and just a few perch. He had a keeper size eye up to the hole and lost it. It was the only hit he had for the day. Got set up about 8:00 and fished til 4:00, couldn't take the wind anymore. The two small eyes were caught on air plane jigs tipped with minnow heads. I must say I marked a lot of fish with the x67c. On a different matter does anybody out there know of any salvage boat/marine yards? The reason I ask is I need a top cowl for a 2007 Mercury Optimax 115, (it's a long story and I'd rather not get into it.) If somebody knows of one I'd appreciate it.

    Thanks in advance,
    10# Hunter

    Hunter,

This sounds like a great story can you just tell us wether the
cowl ended up on the road or in the bottom of the bay!

I know from experience, that cowling and decal will run between $500-$700 and that was 6 years ago. Talk to you insurance company.

Get on Ebay and look for them there or bass boats central (bbc) boards.
