Default Crow Lake ice conditions 12-25-09

    Merry Christmas Everyone!!!!

Getting excited to see everyone next week. Chris and I took a ride out on Crow today, yea ha!! First ones out on the lake it looks like, always a little nervous that first time on Crow. Well we made it back and the ice is great, smooth, dark ice, about 5 inch of light fluffy snow. Went out over 180 feet of water and it was 6-8 inches of ice. The trail to the big lake is plowed, and a spot down the hill is plowed for extra parking.

Going to try to go out and do some walleye, crappie, and pike fishing tomorrow.

Have a safe and Happy New Year!!!

And I will see you on the ice.

What are the ice and snow conditions now. Thinking of heading up once the cold brakes this week. How much snow do you have can you get around with a 4-wheeler like to try for trout on crow.
