Default last musky report for the year!

Friday, guided a half day on LCO we trolled cribs and break lines, had one fish on a slammer deep minnow, but the fish was gone by the time I got the rod out of the rod holder, only action we had. good luck if you are still heading out on the water, I am done guiding for the year, and getting my ice fishing gear ready and hoping for cold weather!!

    Good luck,

Well I don't feel so bad anymore about quitting for the year now that all the guides are hanging it up too.

My last outing was 2 weekends ago to a smaller numbers lake. I lost 4 fish in a row on suckers and had a follow on a Suick. Not the best way to end the season, but at least it was action.

Looking forward to the river fishing dvd!

i talked to tanner about a month ago, and his numbers were pretty good:

    '09 pike: 393--largest being 26x13
    '09 bass (14" or less): 132
    '09 bullhead: 228 (66 on rabid squirrels)
    '09 muskie: 4 follows
    thats a lot of fish.

Default I really like that Bullhead bite.

Takes a talented fisherman to find Bullheads that aggressive.

They were hooked in the mouth, weren't they?
