Is the season open till December 31st?

I've received some emails asking about the musky season. They've heard its open till December 31, and yes it is. It's the southern zone that is open, in other words south of Hwy 10. Here's a link to the Wisconsin DNR's fishing & regulations book. You'll find it on page 56.
