Musky fishing has been really up and down this past week. We had some NASTY weather to fish through, rain, snow, ice, wind, cold, it was tough at times. When the wind wasn't howling out of the east, and you could see because the ice wasn't pelting you in the face it wasn't half bad!
We boated four fish this past week between 35 and 42 inches, lost two near the boat in the mid 40 inch range, and had quite a few follows from similar sized fish. Not bad considering the awful weather we had.
Twitchbaits got most of the action, suckers too, and we got one on soft plastics as well. I had great guests and a we had a fun ( although wet ) time fishing as always.
Good luck and good fishing,
