    Default Big St Germain : 18 -27 Sep/2009?

    Going to be fishing musky,northern up on big st germain in on 18 sep. Never fished it before any tips on what to use and what structure to fish?
    How's the fishing for walleyes and northern in late part of September on Big St. G?

    Any advice is appreciated!

    Muskies like suicks, bulldawgs, Cowgirls at this time. Green weed(and edges) will hold fish, along with the rock bars. Gotta try it all. Pike are around these same areas, don't really target them, they will just happen from time to time.

    Walleyes should be targeted elsewhere.

    Thank you ... I hope I will be able to catch muskie northern perch ...will see in couple days... I wont have depth finder where can I buy topo map of the lake ?

    We have maps at Fibber's as does Ray's or the SportMarine.....no depthfinder.....ouch....I wouldn't leave home without mine....like going into rush hour with a blindfold on...Good Luck!
