Hello,
Well, looks like the lake has gone down a bit, and many of my fellow muskie anglers are turning in good reports of walleye and whites, as well as muskies. So , we the members of the LSMC, are hoping for a great turnout, for the first tournament of the IMTT TRAIL in September.
As some of you might know, As Tournament Director, I tried a new starting system, which worked well at the June Tournament. The JUMP START, Which allows you to get to your destination, before the tourney begins. This allows the average joe in a smaller boat the oppertunity, to get to a certain cove, as well as to pre-fish before the starting time, which will be 6:30 am. No Longer will you have to wait in the morning, for everyone to show up, like the typical IMTT Starts. Also, this fall you are allowed to have a third line in , while trolling-in the propwash. Its a one day event, and we feel that , time on the water, and a low entrants fee of 80$ per team, will draw the novice muskie hunter to Shelbyville. So check your lines and sharpen the hooks, get out the map, and plan your day, and fish with the best muskie club in the state- LSMC
