Default fishing Report for August 6

the last two days, fished out on the river, filming for the upcoming DVD. the first day, got a 42 and a 35 and lost about a 40 incher, all on phat boys. The next day, never saw a fish! the rivers are really weedy now, and do have some water in them, so thats good.

this morning, guided out on the chip out of treelands, and we never saw a fish, hot and flat calm today, so they should go this evening.

    Good luck,

Thanks for the report Tanner, keep 'em coming. I've been fishing frequently, but for very short periods of time latey. It's been tough. Fish still seem to be scattered shallow and deep. Fishing for a couple hours at a time has shown very few fish (none caught, just a couple follows). About the only times I've caught fish this year have been when I have been able to get out for 6-10 hours.

My excuse is short feeding windows...or not knowing what I'm doing!
