    Default Musky Fishing Report

The last couple of weeks of Musky fishing have been as good as we've had all season. Constantly changing weather conditions have provided several good bites almost everyday. Anything in your tackle box is fair game right now just keep switching things up till you find what the fish will chase the best. It's always a good idea to start out fishing bucktails or topwater so you can fish quickly and cover more water to locate fish, if nothing follows or strikes in your first few spots then it's time to start slowing down and picking spots apart with jerkbaits, rubber baits, and cranks. As far as fish location goes you need to check everywhere from 5-20' fish have been active on the deep weed edges and slightly off the weed edge before the storms, and look for them to hold up in the shallow weeds after the weather has moved through. I fished with Dave and Tina recently and Tina got this beautiful Tiger just before a rainstorm moved in. Good Luck!
