Beautiful my friend!! Thanks for posting for us!
Just wanted to wish Don Pemble a wonderful day on the water for his 68th Birthday! May you see many more Don!
Dewkid...take a look at the latest Sat. photo...looks like a ton of open water going on! Best fishes to all!
Lake Superior Satellite NOAA site looks like Beaver Flats area, and Horseshoe is open water.
Chuck and Ty....as of today on Xcel Energy site, 1312.06 about a foot to go. That came up fast it was at 1306 a couple of weeks ago, and they had water pouring out of there. Best fishes boys!
Xcel Energy already has the Chipp down almost 2.5', and the TFF is already down almost 3.5', as of yesterday.
Esox...Michigan just started a one legal and done for keeping...you have to pick up a tag, tag the fish, and you can't keep another legal fish until the following season. You can catch and release...
Being a relative "newbie" to the TFF, my brothers-in-law started taking me with them about 15 years ago or so, I do like the GPS function on my locator...those "breadcrumbs" will get you to the spots...
Tiny....Great Pix...Eagles are beautiful!
Ty...Sorry to hear about your Dad...You are a good Son to be there for him. Props!
Wow...have you seen the outflow by Xcel at the dam...about 8" below full pool and releasing over 3700 cfs!!! WOW! Glad that soft water is coming to fruition for you up there!
Thanks Dan...I've been off for a couple of days...here's the site if anyone wants it:

Also checked the Xcel...
Modis Satellite imagery is showing the Flowage as light grey now. Also...the water level is up over 4'! Hope it goes out for you by the walleye opener! All our lakes have been open here in...
Yeah...That's me brudder for ya...got sentimental and changed the date from my original one HRG! Anyhow, the TFF is only just over 3' down now... and rising fast! Here's hoping you don't find your...
Even with your continued "winter weather", the Chip is up another foot since the 14th. Was amazed at the snow storm that went through there yesterday...U.P. got slammed again too!
Just looked at the Xcel Energy site. The Chip is up over a foot from a couple of weeks ago! Was at 1305.something, now at 1306.75. Outflow down to 211.

I've always gone to Jenk's to get my reels fixed, but don't know if he'll be there to do that since he sold the place. He fixed my Record in like five minutes...I had put the gear in backwards...duh!
Okay...
Musky Whisperer
Musky Tracker
Skie Seeker
So...ah...can you at least let us know which ones made the cut buddy?
I should have looked at the Excel site before I came up with my date. The TFF is just over 4'down right now, which puts a lot of the areas my brothers fish "empty". Once Shane closes the gates to...
At over six feet down, some of those bays have to be dry as a bone. So Ty has a good point there. If the snow melt is rapid, the ice sheet will start moving around, and a big wind event could break...
Since it's an all around bait, that targets fish in most of the fishing formats....."Sniper".
Since I'm tired of watching it snow....Ice Out is a good game to play right now....So...based on what we have here in Michigan....April 26th....in the afternoon!
kyle1983, and anyone who may not have it...here's the excel energy site, that give you the levels of the TFF and the Chip:
