thanks to some AM intel from my morning recon team i took a break from the house remodel to get the kids out to hear some drags.

we went 6 for 10. and my 11 year old and my 6 year old landed...

two weeks ago

hit some classic trout spots in the past two weeks all little bay and green bay.

landing ten so far.

i can't be there due to work and punk rock concert.


but will gladly borrow anyone a shotgun and a box of shells to "scare" cormorants.

according to an article in the april Great Lakes Angler, the asian carp will not have the propper spawning habitat in the great lakes to take over.

although, he also states, he's in favor of...

i'd have to guess NO they are not spawned out based on the size of the bellies on the two i caught the other night.

i re-thought. there is one CO around i bet would give you a hard time...

i don't think you'll have a problem with the CO's as long as your only setting up 3 lines.

Although, i wish they could write you a ticket for do do' ing off my boat when i took you and your...

tourangeau also buzzed my shack with a couple snowmobiles and a 4 wheeler, also taking the time to entertain us with do-nuts! before going to setup... i guess no fish is your pay back for the text...
