Coolman, it may be cheaper for you to buy just the drill unit (not the power head) for a mag 2000 with the single chipper blade, they last forever. A little slower drilling but they are bullet proof!

Here's an intersting chart on how fast ice forms on the lake. Snow cover and current does have impact on it also. Looks like we can count on about 8" by saturday.
