Is it cold or is it COLD outside?

Here in Wisconsin Rapids we woke up to -20* with the wind chills it's at -37*. How cold did you get?

In 1990 we had a record high of 41* :) . 1972 the record low was-36* :(.
Our average high should be 22* with an average low of 3*.

Either way you look at it, it's darn right COLD out.
