Ice remains on area lakes

We drove past the south end of Lake Andrusia today. Snow and ice completely covering the lake. Still no visible water along the shoreline. However, day time highs are soon to reach the upper 40's and lower 50's...so we'll keep an eye on it for you.

Opening day of the Walleye Season will be no problem at Oak Haven. Guests booked in our cabins have no worries. We have open water now...we have permanent docks and a cement boat ramp. And we plan to have a whole bunch of Shiner Minnows for our registered guests.

We are looking for a group of 4 to 20 people to stay 3 or 4 nights over the Walleye Opener in Big Cabin # 11. From May 19 to June 2, several cabins available...call us with your preferred dates. We will try to make it work. Thank You!
