Lake Geneva Fishing Report with The Gavel Family

7/25/14 Eight hour trip on Lake Geneva, cloudy, 70 degrees, SW winds at 12 mph, water temp 75 degrees. Caught 3 largemouth bass, 14 smallmouth, 1 pike, and more than our fair share of gills and rockbass. The biggest smallmouth was twenty one and a half inches, and another over 19 inches. The fish we caught were in 20-25 ft of water. We caught the fish on finesse plastic worms and night crawlers fished on a lindy and split shot rig. We did catch our biggest smallmouth on a lindy medium sucker fished close to the bottom.
