Schools of coho salmon have arrived near Waukegan Harbor and catches have been very good.
We should continue to see good hauls of coho throughout May and hopefully into June (and beyond?) Many of the fish have been running larger than normal for this time of year too.
Some steelhead and brown trout continue to be caught as well. We should begin to catch some lake trout and kings pretty soon as well.
