We took a break from the muskies yesterday and just tried to get some action. The guys managed to net 10-11 very nice bass and 2 pike. Most of the action came in the morning hours and after the sun got vertical, things really slowed down. The river is very low and clear for this time of year. Snowpack has been gone for awhile and the lack of rain has the tribs flowing light.
I think we will do the same plan today and hope for better results.
