Oak Haven Fishing Contest All Time Leaders

Our Fishing Contest here at Oak Haven Resort started in 2008. We track the Top Ten of nine different species of fish each year.

Our "All Time Leaders" are fish landed in the past four years by guests staying at Oak Haven Resort and Campground.

MUSKIE - Mike Hoffman, Rockford, Illinois (46 inches)
NORTHERN PIKE - Koby Lund, Wilton, Iowa (41 1/2 inches)
WALLEYE - Mike Savage, St. Paul, MN. (29 1/2 inches)
LARGEMOUTH BASS - Ed Hoyle, Pasco, Washington (20 3/4 inches)
BULLHEAD - Mike Hoffman, Rockford, Ilinois (16 inches)
CRAPPIE - Duane Weaver, Cedar Rapids, Iowa (14 1/2 inches)
PERCH - (TIE) Marsha Scholl, Sgt. Bluff, Iowa and Bruce Moore, Creve Coeur, Illinois (12 3/4 inches)
ROCK BASS - Abby Houliston, Victoria, MN (12 1/4 inches)

Each year's results (for all 4 years) are displayed in every cabin.

Our Fishing Contest costs nothing to enter and there's no money or prizes to win. Winners get their names posted in the lodge, in the fish cleaning house....and here on our website!
