Ice report / Milwaukee Musky Show

Ice fishing is still good. We are getting walleyes but mainly the last hour of the day and into the night. Concentrate on the rocks bars with tip ups and sucker minnows. The panfishing has been consistant but it is getting to the time when it will improve weekly from now through the spring. Crappies have been the main target.

I was able to venture down to the Milwauke Muskie show yesterday. It was nice to see faces that I have not seen in a while. I thought the show was pretty good. there were many vendors and I though a good turn out. It is interesting to see how many baits and differnet variation of those baits that there are out on the market. One advantage to going to a show if you have never went are the many colors that are only available through the show. Plastics and Tinsel again were the dominating attractions.
