Spring at Schuster's

The beautiful weather and decent bite has brought an early start to our open water fishing. Some ice does still remain on the lake and there are many Walleye under the ice yet. This has kept the bite a little slow, but once the ice is gone we expect a swift move into the river from the Walleye!

Water temps are on the rise. 37.7 was the high over the weekend, water clarity remains over a foot, and the hot color on Saturday was orange. Numbers caught varied from 2 fish – 20 fish
