the snow on the lake is still drivable, and the ice is holding well at 20-21". No extension needed this year. perch has been picking up and seems they are in shallow waters now. Walleye have been hitting well in the evening however hare smaller than most like to keep.
some rain this morning caused some standing water on the roadways out on the lake but is not diminishing the ice any. Jig and a minnow still best bait
