Shelby Report 9-10

Hit the lake this afternoon. Fished from 130-730. Had surface temps at 75F. Had the itch to get after some lunges and it payed off. Boated a 30", had a upper thirty hit boatside (hook set felt great) and lure popped out, and had small fish swing and miss boatside. It felt good feeling the smack of a lunge on the end of the line.
Seen shad on the depthfinder at the entrances of coves but none at the back ends of coves. Fished main lake points with stumps and wind blown shorelines with no luck. The fish I did find were on wood.
