February Update:

Hello fishing friends,
There is "No Ice" in the Western Basin at this writing. The winter has been much warmer than usual and the warm temperatures have kept the ice at bay. We have had some Captains with smaller personal boats 18 to 19 ft. equipped with out boards getting out Walleye fishing in and around the reefs doing very well. Last week during a 50 degree calm day a nice catch of 5 to 10lb hawgs were caught just off one of the deeper reefs. They were jigging 3/4 oz. purple hair jigs tipped with minnows. We're all looking forward to spring fishing beginning April 1. FYI, We raised prices by $30.00 due to higher fuel costs and have not had a price increase in 7 years. Executive Charter includes rods,reels,lures, bait and ice, $540.00. Standard charter, customer supplies bait, ice and lures is $510.00.
