Spring options

Spring has come and fishing options are almost endless. There is ice on a couple of lakes yet that is (safe) but that will only last a couple more days. I have taken advantage of the early catch and release trout season and have caught a few including one really nice brown. I wish that I was closer to good steelhead streams because I am sure that is going good right now. The river walleye bite should peak in the next couple weeks throughout the Midwest. As the ice leaves the lakes the next couple weeks we are going to be hitting the spring crappie bite. So many fish so little time.
