Musky Report 07/19/12

My sweetheart and I had a rare day off together and we hit the lake today for muskies. We raised five fish, all on Medussas worked along the deep weed edges. Kris caught a nice Pike on a Pacemaker. I should have had a nice 43-44"er that came straight up on the boat side eight and clamped down on the three rubber tails (second time this has happened to me this week!!!) and she gave me one big head shake and she missed the hooks!!! Frustrating.....Hopefully I will bust out of my recent slump here soon. Water temps were down, sitting at 76 degrees. All in all, we had a really fun time, but I still wish that fish would have hit the head of the lure and I would have had a few pictures to post!
