Fishing Update 4/30/2013

Lots of water flow below the dams is making it tough to fish, Walleye action below the area dams is still on the slow side, best fishing is still down from the dams.

The Sarah Park landing should be free of ice by Wed.

Perch bite is fair, anglers in boats are doing better than shore anglers. Best place is below Bradley Dam boat you need to be out in a boat.
Not much for icefishing anymore except farther north.
Most of the ice is off Lake Mohawksin except for some of the bays. Lake Alice the channel is open but lots off ice on the main lake. Nokomis has lots of ice but seems to be going fast? Smaller lakes still iced up.
Ice conditions will be changing fast.

Mohawksin is mostly ice free now! Some anglers did well on Perch below Kings Dam today.
