Fished the Milwaukee Harbor both days. Action was slow we got a few brown trout each day both trolling and on jigs/Gulp. I think the weather was a little warm. Trolled the north end of the harbor with Berkley Flicker Shads. There was a lot of big brown trout in the lagoon but could not get them going. The shore anlgers were getting a few. Also caught a coho trolling.
