Cabin 17 fishing report

Fish yesterday and this morning exclusively in Witch Bay, due to moderate winds. Walleye fishing excellent, caught most of my fish in 8 to 12 feet of water, off windy points with some current.
Have had numerous Muskie follows while fishing show lines for Small Mouth. SMB are averaging 15 plus with a few 17 and 18 inch fish being caught and released. For some real fun just fish off either dock at Witch Bay and catch Northern and Walleye galore. Fished one hump in Andrews and caught Walleye. Water temp 63 degrees, should get up to 68 degrees by this weekend. Key to fishing now is to find water current and you will find fish.
