The high temp tomorrow is only 54, not happy for the early AM..

Switched over to Crappie today and had a blast with this father and son, Nate is 13 and he can cast, feel the bite, set the hook and bring the fish to the boat with the best of us. Awesome job Nate! Your the best.

Dad, well, he was on the docks a lot (just joking John) so we went to certain deep brush locations and did well. Yes we started on the docks but, due to the huge cold front that rolled in on the night of 5-31-18 and thru 6-1-18, most fish were off the shoreline, so we went to the deeper water and did well.


All fish came on jigs and 9 came on plastics, then minnows. The strong shore line bite is over, depending on the lake you are fishing.
