Christine Jenkins

Many of our guests have known Christine Jenkins over the years as she has been a frequent July guest and was a former owner of Crawford's Resort.

Christine Jenkins died this past Monday, September 16th. She was in the hospital in Illinois recovering from heart surgery and was scheduled for release on Monday, it was an unexpected event.

Our thoughts and prayers go out to the Jenkins Family during a very sad time.

Christine and I talked many times over the years. She cared a great deal about the community of Nestor Falls, Crawford's Resort (now Boreal Bay Lodge) and the many guests/friends she had come to know and enjoy from her years of living here.

I will miss my friend.
