These guys worked hard and produced these Bass all in the shallow weeds. They were swimming there jigs, not bouncing them on the bottom.The Bass were shooting up out of the weeds and pounding the jig.

Now that the cold front and pounding rain came in our shallow bite stopped, as water temps have dropped in some lakes as much as 3 degrees and more by tomorrow.

We worked several shallow weedy bays and produced in all of them. The brighter the color the better we did. A few Pike were also caught.
