Supplying Vital Data to RFRG - Barbless Hooks

Couldn't think of an easy way to verify for the RFRG Nation the notion that barbless hooks for bass had been repealed. Here is a screen shot showing how it is printed in the regs on the WI DNR web page. Again the webpage for the fishing reg is:
