Alum Report 4/11

Made a "take a new member fishing" program trip and hit Alum Saturday for four hours with new chapter member Brian Culbertson, who joined the club at the show. My previous three trips on Alum were all casting and like Cliff said in his post, the action has been good this spring (action from 9 fish in 12 hours for me). Brian and I decided to do some trolling and cover some water and we went 2 for 2.

Brian picked up his first ever muskie, a 23" fish. I picked up a fat 43.5" fish about 15 minutes before we had to leave. Both were caught on Alleycat Cranks.

Thank you Rob for the trip can I join again and get another one? I would like to thank all the other members for being very friendley and hope I can remember your names. Brian
