Recent walleye fishing

The walleye fishing has picked up some recently. I'm not going to tell you it's been great but the walleye have been a little more cooperative lately. We've had a few mid to low twenty inch fish each day with a 26 inch fish being the largest in the last four days. There hasn't been a pattern bait wise but the fish themselves are finally holding tight to structure. I filmed with Gary Parsons of The Next Bite yesterday and we did very well. The show will be a really great one. It's a real treat for me to fish with a guy like him. I really enjoyed not only his fishing expertise but his personality also. Great guy. Back at it today. I'll be starting up on the muskies tomorrow.
