Fishing report for 9-03-2014

Hi everyone,

Guided Joel and Jeff yesterday for a full day of walleye hunting. With a cloudy day and a stiff south wind we had a mixed day. We caught walleyes, crappies, bluegills, perch, and even some rock bass. Kept a walleye and a half dozen crappies for their fish fry. We tallied every thing on my inline jigs tipped with crappie minnows and fatheads and with the slip bobber rig armed with crappie minnows. Eventually a storm blew in and when we heard the thunder knew it was time to go.

Water temps went down to 69 degrees and with the cooler weather in the forecast, the fall season will soon be here. Call now to book your fall walleye hunt. Good luck fishing everyone.
