july 7th - weather is great for somethings

but not the fishing - actually those that are bringing in any fish are seeing some full stomachs of fishflys are larva. It is pretty slow right now even after all the tubing and party boats have gone home after the 4th. Those walleyes caught are in about 10-15 ft and are getting caught on shad's or rapallas.
today the weather is undecided and very humid but the last 3 weeks have been great and so had the fishing. The may flys are done now so we should see better fishing.
