I went out yesterday and caught only ONE Calico Bass.
BTW, this was in the Pacific Ocean off Newport Beach. Since fishing out here is this lousy, I'll be back to hunting TFF walleyes in July and August.
I'm surprised that musky lures don't work so well in this ocean. Maybe 'cuz there ain't no muskies? MM
