Ice Conditions 12-09-2010

Crow Lakes ice has froze over a few days ago. Sabaskong Bay on Lake of the Woods has been froze over for a few weeks. Whitefish Bay up at Sioux Narrows is also froze over. We have roughly 2 and half feet of snow, most has gone in the lake before the lake froze, it is making some great ice. The snow on Sabaskong Bay fell through the ice, which sank the ice and it now has refroze, which is good. We are going to get some cold weather -20f for the next five days.
