Finally hit the water in 2024…….

to run the boat and make sure all systems are a GO (and to test out my new knee) for this season. I missed 2 trout and had no musky action during the 4 hours I was out. The river is still in the sub-40 degree range but that will change after this week. We rescheduled a musky hunt for the upcoming weekend as well.

With no snow pack, I am hoping we get some rain the Spring as to prevent another drought-like year on the river. These mild winters are taking some time to get used to!
