Lake oahe walleye fishing udate in pierre sd

The Walleye fishing on Lake Oahe is even better than last report. Many more fish over 20 inches are showing up every day. The fish are still shallow in 8 to 12 feet of water when we have a little wind and on calm days they drop off to 18 to 20 feet. nightcrawlers are still the best bait.

We have had five guide boats every day since our last report. Limits by 11 in the morning of fish in the 18 to 24 inch range with catch and release the rest of the day. If you want a fishing trip of a lifetime give us a call.
