Results for the Lunker Marathon

With the closing of the Musky season means it is time to name the winner of the Lunker Marathon. Congratulation to Jerry Oehmen for winning the Lunker Marathon for 2009 with a beautiful 48 inch monster, taking the largest musky in my boat this season. Jerry was fishing with his brother Russ on October 26when the monster grabbed a sucker. The best part of the battle was watching the fish hit the sucker and carry it around before we even set the hook. To commemorate this awesome fish Jerry will receive a plaque and a free half day of musky fishing with me next year. Thank you to all who participated in the marathon by fishing with me this year and I hope to see you all next season for the third annual Lunker Marathon.
