Fishing report from Mike Redmond

Todd,
Jack and I finally got one on the Petenwell, a healthy 40 incher.

I was working a 9” Big Game. Jack had a follow-up on a H2O and spotted him. I caught him two casts later. Very aggressive fish.

I had a second one on two casts later but he came out of the water and directly at the boat. The line slacked on me and I did not get a good hook set.

Calm, 57 degree water, sunny and 65 degrees. About 12:15PM on Saturday.
