George, As of now, we still have around 2 feet of ice on the flowage, so it will be awhile before any spearing takes place, if it goes out late, the tribes could be out spearing on the same days we are fishing, it's happened before. As far as the bag limit changing if they don't spear their quota, who knows, it has happed before. One year we were stuck with I believe 1 fish until Memorial Day when it was set at 2 fish. Won't know till it's over and done with.
