I came across three 10 inch Suick muskie lures. Not being a seasoned muskie fishman, I was wondering if those lures are something I should hold on to?

I also ran across a GOOCH'S Tally Wacker. Anybody know anything about it?

Thanks, Don

Suicks are a very traditional fall muskie bait. They work well in weeds as a pull bait, diving down between the weeds. I haven't seen them be that successful on Kincaid. But in Wisconsin they are a favorite of many fishermen. The trailing blade flashes and tends to attract predator fish. I think they generally imitate suckers or other large injured baitfish. I've seen some very large muskie caught on suicks. Most people that I've seen be successful with this bait use a rythmic sweeping jerk, pulling it forward and then letting it rise momentarily.

The Tally Wacker is also a pretty common top water bait. The tail section rotates while you pull the bait forward, wacking the water kind of like a kicking rodent (????). I know guys that like them a lot.
