Anyone have any recommendations as to where I might be able to put in around the Williamsport/Muncy area? I am thinking of making a trip up there in the next couple of months. I do not have a jet boat, so I'll have to stay in the deeper pools.

You need to talk to HBmusky. He can probably help you with this.
