Wondering if the 50 inch size limit and barbless hooks or trolling were actually adopted? Any other changes for 2010? Thanks

Out of those, I think the 50 inch limit should be law. I haven't seen the new 2009 handouts you get when you get a license yet.

I just looked at the 2009 regs at the DNR's site, the 50" size limit is in there. You can find them at http://www.dnr.state.wi.us/fish/regulations/2009/documents/fhregs0910.pdf#specctyregs. I don't know how to post a link but I can copy and paste.

Thanks Jeff! Good to see that it is now a definite.
That's awesome news! I don't get to the Chip. But it's always great to see things moving in the right direction like that, no matter the location. Nice work to all involved in getting this one to happen!
